Digital Fashion Week Europe: For this digital fair three strong players CIFF, Modefabriek and Fashion Cloud join forces to create the biggest digital trade show in Europe. Digital Fashion Week Europe kicks off the buying season on June 29 – July 1, followed by the live events Modefabriek in RAI Amsterdam on July 11-12, and CIFF in Copenhagen on August 11-13.

Also, former partners Euretco Fashion, EK/servicegroup, BTE, Unitex, and KATAG join to support Digital Fashion Week Europe. “The base of the event has been built. These partners working together will push the event to the next level,” says Alies ter Kuile, co-founder of Fashion Cloud. For most brands and retailers, it makes sense to meet at one big international digital fair kicking off the season,” Alies continues.

From June 29 – Juli 1, 2021, the event will open its digital doors. “For us, a digital trade fair can be seen as a valuable addition to physical events for the best possible overview at the start of each buying season,” Alies ter Kuile continues. “Brands can choose between different packages and book a joint appearance on the digital fair and on the physical fairs Modefabriek and CIFF. This way, visitors can inform themselves and check out brands digitally before visiting them in person.”

“With this European initiative we combine the expertise and in-depth knowledge of many parties: about the industry itself, fashion events and digital innovation. We know for sure that a combination of online and offline is the future. Global reach & Local stage,” says Caroline Krouwels, CEO Modefabriek. “We’ve made it interesting for brands to join Digital Fashion Week Europe in combination with physical events Modefabriek and CIFF,” adds Christina Neustrup, CEO CIFF.

In January 2021, 10,000 industry representatives from more than 100 countries registered for the digital fair, compared to 5,000 visitors in the previous edition. “Right after the event, we already had brands asking to book their booths for the next edition. Now that CIFF and Modefabriek are partners, the Summer edition is expected to be even bigger,” Alies ter Kuile says.

Even though brands and visitors can expect new features, the basic idea remains the same: A mainstage with high-profile keynotes and panel discussions, digital booths where brands present their collections, and networking opportunities to exchange ideas with other visitors.

Brands can apply for a booth on this website: www.fashion.cloud/digital-fashion-week.
Retailers can register here free of charge.
