We see return rates of 50% in across German fashion shops. Half of them are caused by the wrong size and poor fit. This talks elaborates on the financial, environmental and customer experience impact and presents one potential solution that is already used by some of the leading European fashion shops: Presize reduces the return rate and increases the conversion rate of fashion ecommerce shops by providing size recommendations fashion ecommerce users buy & keep. It’s a whitelabel that is integrated on the product detail page right next to your size selection which helps the end user find the right clothing size. Users can either answer body shape questions or record a short video with the selfie camera of their smartphone. All they have to do is turn around once (e.g. in Jeans and T-Shirt) and our state-of-the art algorithm calculates the perfect clothing size based on body measurements, size charts and return data of other users with similar bodies.
