29/09/20 – New: Brands can now place orders for their retailers!
So far, brands were only able to see and review their assortment in the order area. Placing an order effectively was only possible on the retailer side. With the new update, brands can now also place reorders in the order area of the Fashion Cloud web platform. This way, brands can compile individual order packages, send them to their participating retailers and thus provide them with even more support during their reorder.
What do I have to do as a retailer?
- In order to be able to receive a reorder from a brand, you must request access from the brands for reorder. To do so, visit the web platform and click on the menu item ‘Request Access’ on the left side. There you can use the filter function and choose reorder.
- You will then see all brands from which you can reorder via the web platform. Click on ‘Access’ to open an overview of all products the brand is participating in. Click on ‘Reorder’ and then on ‚Request access‘. The brand will now check your request. This can take 1-2 days.
- Now, the brand is able to support you and place orders.
As soon as a brand has placed an order for you, you will receive an order summary via the contact information you entered on the platform as buyer or admin.
