Fashion Cloud recruits Former Amazon Manager
The Hamburg-based company Fashion Cloud is kicking off the year 2024 with a new top hiring.
In order to further drive the development of its content product, Fashion Cloud welcomes Dennis Meier as the Head of Content. A key focus for the 33-year-old is the enhancement of data quality on the
B2B-platform.
Dennis Meier was most recently employed at Amazon for seven years. At Amazon, Meier established the B2B marketplace for the European market and led a team of sales and account managers. Consequently, Meier brings extensive international expertise in areas such as data quality, business development, and strategic consulting for B2B players on marketplace models.
As the Head of Content, Meier will oversee the development of the content product, through which retailers can easily access marketing materials and product data from various brands. He will also lead the associated team. Meier will further focus on strategic product development, continuous optimisation of data quality, and advancing the sharing of sustainability attributes on the platform.
