Fashion Cloud Shareholders Invest in Sales Agency “in:season” - SNOCKS and Studio Anneloes are the First Partners.

Fashion Cloud shareholders have announced their investment in a new sales agency, "in:season", which will be led by Managing Director Christopher Ralfs, formerly Head of Sales at Scotch & Soda. The agency aims to facilitate Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands' seamless entry into wholesale and aid established wholesale players in their international expansion.

A Full-Service Agency Leveraging Fashion Cloud Tools

As a spin-off from the B2B Platform Fashion Cloud, the agency has a full-service approach. “We offer brands a complete package for successful expansion: they focus on their product and D2C marketing while we handle the wholesale strategy, including B2B marketing, digital showrooms, EDI connections, and automated reorders", explains Christopher Ralfs.

in:season will rely on Fashion Cloud's advanced digital solutions. "Our solutions, from the Digital Showroom to Smart Replenishment, provide the infrastructure to do wholesale in a new and data-driven way,” emphasizes René Schnellen, Co-Founder of Fashion Cloud. “We look forward to welcoming many more agencies to join as partners to Fashion Cloud for an innovative approach to wholesale.”

Unlocking New Opportunities for International and D2C Brands

"Surveys show that many customer-demanded brands are not available in wholesale. We aim to change that," explains Ralfs. "With in:season, we want to further strengthen wholesale by integrating innovative D2C and international brands, bringing new impulses to the industry."

With its initial partners, SNOCKS and Studio Anneloes, in:season is already laying the groundwork for its ambitious vision. Johannes Kliesch, founder of SNOCKS, shares: "We have built a strong fan base through our own D2C channel and expect to achieve revenue of over 85 million euros in 2024. After our initial attempts to enter wholesale, we quickly realized that it takes true wholesale experts to get our products on the shop floor. With in:season, we have found a strong partner who supports us in growing this important channel."

Jurriaan van 't Hoff, CEO of Studio Anneloes, adds: “Studio Anneloes has built a very successful wholesale business with over 250 customers in the Netherlands over the past 20 years. With in:season, we are scaling this success in Germany and Austria. The first retailers that have come on board are a perfect fit for our brand.
