Brands transmit their B2B and often also their e-commerce stock to Fashion Cloud and grant you access rights.
- With Clara, your sales staff can reorder single items and view the expected delivery dates.
The items will be delivered to your store. The customer collects the goods and possibly buys a suitable additional item.

Instead of using the Clara App, you would rather use your own solution or that of a third party? The delivery availability can also be integrated into your webshop!
Free use for tablets and smartphones
The Clara App is free of charge for you as a retailer! Within a few minutes you can register on our platform and simply download the app from the AppStore.
Depending on the brand, there are different bilateral conditions between brand and retailer (e.g. shipping costs, access to B2C and/or B2B warehouses).

Register in three Steps
In order to use the Clara App, you must be part of our platform. If you are not yet a Fashion Cloud member, you can register in just a few steps.
The Clara App must then be set up once by you on the platform. You can then download the app for free from the App Store and get started.
