Our recruitment process is quite straightforward. Normally, our recruitment process includes three main steps: Meet and Greet with our recruiters, Meet the hiring manager, and Meet the team. For some roles, we also include a task (Take-Home Assignment). However, we drive a slightly flexible approach in our process, so whenever we or the candidate feel like another step is necessary, we will discuss it.
